Laserforce runs regular discounted games
sessions throughout the week plus additional weekday sessions during school
holidays

The Games Arena is still available
for Individual games, Bookings & Birthday Parties during ALL Games Sessions
Exclusive
Hire
The arena is available for exclusive hire at non peak times at a cost of
£175 per hour. Minimum period of hire is 2 hours.
Price includes supervisory staff and use of all facilities but does not
include food and drink.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Party bookings can be made for all times the
arena is open, however are limited to 2 bookings maximum per hour
Party Packages must be booked at least 24
hours in advance of the booking.
A 50% deposit is required for all types of
bookings, i.e. Games, Games sessions, Party packages or Exclusive hire.
The balance payment is paid at the time of
the booking and is based upon the actual number attending.
Should the original
date/time become inconvenient the bookings can be rescheduled for no extra
charge, however 24 hours notice is required.
Bookings cancelled with more than 48 hours
notice will have a £10 administration charge deducted from the returned
deposit.
Deposits are non refundable on cancellations
of less than 48 hours notice before the booking.
The minimum charge for a party package is for
8 players.
Payments can be made by credit / debit card,
cheque or cash.
If requested, receipts can be collected from the reception desk at Laserforce, alternatively receipts can be sent to customers for a 50p P&P fee.
Laserforce will contact the customer at the
earliest opportunity should any factors arise that will effect the booking.
Deposits paid by credit/debit card can only
be refunded to the same card.
The
maximum number of players in any game is 24.
Only players are allowed in the arena, a
Laserforce staff member supervises all games
No group has exclusive
use of the arena unless they are using (or have paid for) all 24 suits.
Laserforce does not generally accept bookings
for groups of less than 4 players, as small numbers can be accommodated with
the booked groups.
Non-booked groups should always contact the
arena to check for availability as booked groups always have priority over
non-booked groups.
With the exception of birthday cake and party
bags, Only food and drink purchased at Laserforce are to be consumed at the
arena
There is no minimum age for playing at
Laserforce, however players must be able to wear the suit and play the game
independently (no shared suits)
6y and 7y Party bookings are only accepted on condition that at least 1 adult is included in the party group
